SCHOLASTIC PROGRAMME
A stimulating learning Eco system is fostered across various levels based on the Central Board of Secondary Education Curriculum.Learning to learn in a healthy environment is the prime focus of our facilitators.The specialised pedagogy is programmed to develop application oriented critical thinking, problem solving, collaborative culture and interpersonal as well as intrapersonal skills. Innovative methodologies are encouraged and interdisciplinary units ensure that the symbiotic relationship between various disciplines is reinforced. Capacity building of the teachers is a consistent feature in order to enhance the abilities of the facilitators to deliver quality education through advanced approaches. Every class has an interactive panel connected to the internet to facilitate the use of technology in the teaching learning process.
Early Years Programme
Kindergarten offers a holistic and blended system of learning experience through the play way method. The child centric curriculum is designed to provide fun filled activities for children during which they can observe, explore and experiment with a plethora of joyful participation in their environment.
Co-curricular activities such aspuppet theatre, storytelling sessions, art, music, dance, drama and sports improve their cognitive skills, motor skills and social skills. The vibrant colours and specially designed infrastructure is aimed to stimulate the tender minds of the toddlers. The class rooms are furnished with soft flooring for the safety of the children. The kindergarten section has audio visual venues for interactive learning.
Primary Year Programme
The primary years programme consisting of classes I to V, offers a conducive learning environment through activity oriented approach and extensive Co- curricular activities. The CBSE curriculum is followed and the best practices of enquiry based learning as well as project based learning is integrated.
The aptitude of the students in the core subjects of English, Mathematics, EVS, General science and Social Science is strengthened. Through experiential learning great emphasis is given on developing a strong academic foundation along with a holistic approach and life skill development.
Middle Years Programme
The Middle Years Programme encompasses classes VI to IX, where the focus to excel in academics and overall holistic development is given prominence. The comprehensive curriculum gives impetus to a deeper understanding of the core subjects with necessary tools and techniques to develop independent learning strategies.
General Science is specialised into Physics, Chemistry and Biology, while Social Studies is specialised as History, Civics and Geography. English, Math and Computer science are part of the core programme. The second language options offered are Hindi and Kannada and the third language options are Sanskrit and French. The co-curricular activities continue to play a strategic role in the middle year programme. Life skills are enhanced with collaborative learning, debates, group discussions, project based learning, participating in club activities and research based approaches. The students are well equipped to confidently progress to senior school.
